Petr Polach – Co-Head of Group Structured Finance & Investment Banking, Raiffeisen Bank International

Petr serves as Co-Head of Group Structured Finance & Investment Banking at RBI Group, General Manager of the Raiffeisen London Branch, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisenbank Ukraine. He is Co-Chair of the Sustainability Committee and Chair of the Sustainability Bond & Deposit Committees.

His professional responsibilities include overseeing the Financial Sponsors business, encompassing Leveraged & Fund Finance, M&A advisory, and Syndications. Furthermore, he leads the sustainable finance teams and spearheads the execution of ESG business strategies across the RBI Group.
